The Shared Relationship is the final pillar of the Sacred Intelligence Framework, and it is where everything comes together. This is where your internal healing translates into external, real-world action.
After doing the foundational work of the Sacred pillar and the psychological work of the Self~ish pillar, you are finally ready to show up fully in your relationships with others. Not from a place of depletion or obligation, but from a place of wholeness, clarity, and purpose.

The Shared Movement
Dismantling Racism From the Inside Out
Dismantling racism is not a separate initiative from Dr. TLC’s coaching and spiritual work. It is the ultimate external manifestation of the Sacred Intelligence Framework.
She views racism as a profound “separation” that must be healed from the inside out. You cannot achieve true racial equity with performative or symbolic gestures. Sustained change requires the Sacred Motive, the Self~ish Mindset, and the Shared Movement working together.
For high-impact leaders and organizations, Dr. TLC uses Sacred Intelligence to help them understand how their specific “sphere of influence” can dismantle structures that create racial disparities, in hiring, in client relations, in the safety of their work environments.
